We walk the work. How does a job, order, client, or case move through your business from start to finish? Where does it wait? What gets done twice? What stops when a particular person is out? Where does the information live?

This is diagnosis and advice, not implementation. Nobody will build you a workflow, write your SOPs, or configure your software in a $295 engagement, and any firm that says otherwise is selling you something thin. What you get is clarity about what is actually wrong and what order to fix it in — which, for most businesses, is the expensive part to get wrong.

What happens after the Checkup
Most Checkups lead to one of three places — a single deep-dive strategy session, a full systems assessment, or nothing at all because you now have what you needed. We will tell you which one honestly. Some clients move into ongoing advisory.
