About Janie Lee | Operator, Consultant, HumologyPoint

Our approach.

Help humans thrive in the age of intelligent machines — ensuring AI amplifies human capability, dignity, and performance rather than eroding it.

We believe technology should elevate people, not diminish them. Every engagement starts from that premise — not as a marketing line, but as a practical constraint on how we design our work. If a recommendation doesn't make things better for the people inside the organization, it doesn't make the final plan.

We also believe real change means doing the structural work others skip. That requires courageous honesty — saying the hard thing when incentives push against it, naming the actual problem when the organization would prefer a workaround, and holding the line on what sustainable transformation actually requires. That's not comfortable. But it's what the work demands.

Janie Lee, Founder

Prosci-Certified Change Practitioner · Executive MBA · MS, Business Analytics · Nearly two decades leading operations and organizational change · Grand Junction, Colorado

HumologyPoint™ was founded by Janie Lee, an operator and transformation strategist with nearly two decades of experience leading organizational change inside high-growth environments. Her career spans workforce systems, operations, project management, learning and development, training, governance, leadership enablement, and large-scale transformation initiatives during periods of rapid organizational expansion.

HumologyPoint™ was built from Janie's firsthand experience seeing where AI transformation efforts break down — and what it truly takes to make change stick inside real organizations. She brings clarity to complex environments by connecting people, process, and strategy, naturally spotting patterns others miss to identify root issues, make sound decisions, and build systems that work in practice.

Known for her calm, grounded leadership style, Janie helps teams navigate change with confidence, align around what matters most, and execute with consistency and integrity.

An operator before a consultant

Most of my career was spent inside operations, not advising on them — building the systems, running the workflows, and leading the change programs that decide whether an improvement survives contact with a real team.

That order matters. Operations experience tells you what a better process actually looks like from the inside. Analytics tells you whether it worked. Change management — the discipline most operations consultants skip — is the reason improvements hold after the kickoff meeting ends.

HumologyPoint does two related things with that background. We help organizations adopt AI in a way that strengthens the people inside them. And we help growing companies build the operations, systems, and structure they need to run well — with or without AI in the picture.
