How quickly can you start?
Most engagements begin within 2–3 weeks of scope agreement. Diagnostic engagements can start faster. Timelines depend on scope, complexity, and stakeholder availability.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely with occasional on-site sessions for workshops, leadership intensives, and key stakeholder meetings. If on-site presence is needed, we're happy to discuss what that could look like.
